Do you have a retail location? 

Yes, we do! Our retail location is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Snohomish, Washington. We carry furniture, home decor, clothing, accessories and a little bit of everything else! Please note: many of the clothes that are online are not available in our store and likewise, a lot of our clothing in store is not available online, so if you see something you like, grab it before it's gone!

Can I pick up my order at your store?

For those interested in avoiding shipping costs simply use promo code STOREPICKUP at checkout. This will ensure your order is sent to our store front in Snohomish, WA for pickup. Orders typically take one business day to arrive at our store. Once the order is ready you will receive a phone call/email notifying you that the order is waiting for you. 

 

My size is sold out. Will you restock? 

We try our hardest to restock popular items as quickly as they sell out. To guarantee that you will be notified about the restock, sign up via the link to notify you. The link is available under each individual product. Double check that you entered the correct email address.

 

I would like to exchange something that I ordered. How do I go about exchanging?

Because of the rate at which items sell out we do not offer online exchanges. If you need a different size or style please return the item you want to exchange and then place a new order for the item/size you would like instead. 

 

How long does shipping take?

We make our best effort to ship in-stock items the business day your order is placed. U.S orders will usually take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your location and the weight of your package.

 

I noticed the shipping address I entered when placing my order is incorrect. What should I do?

If you have not yet received an email stating that your order has shipped please email mimisonlineboutique@gmail.com immediately and include your order number and your correct shipping address in the body of the email.

 

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

We want you to love your items! We inspect every item when it gets delivered to us but we are only human and sometimes miss things. If you have a damaged item please email a picture to customer service at mimisonlineboutique@gmail.com and we will get the problem taken care of for you.
